During this period of time, I have investigated the reasons behind low birth rate and why Japanese do not get married. For example, long working hours, unstable job, inflation and so on. The most important thing is...I truely believe that conducting survey is extremely cardinal in doing project. It is one of the ways to prove the fact. As you know there are some differences between our expectation and reality.
In the future, I would like to ask more people to do our survey like, 50-100 people. Besides, I will add more photos or pictures to our power point to make it more attractive.
In our project, we found that there are only a slight difference between our expectation and our classmate's. Maybe it is because both of us live in the same community. So, we share the same opinion.
Moreover, I suggest that we can investigate the issue more deeply and find a large group of people to do our survey. Also, i think that Seo sensei can introduce some of his friends or relatives to us next time or maybe we find some net Japanese friends. Let us chat with them online and see what have we found out or learnt. Then do the project which is based on what we have investigate through communicating with a Japanese friend online.

What have I learned from my classmates?
Perception of the Japanese people towards Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance Regarding the Healthy Development of Youths
I don't know this policy before your presentation. After the presentation, I know this and also some Japanese opinion about this ridiculous policy. Some of them don't agree with the policy and do not believe that the ordinance will work. In addition to this, they also disagreed that the ordinance would help in healthy development of teenagers and so do i. Besides, what they think are that Parental guidance is more important than restriction and it is respected for creativity and freedom. But the most impressive result is that they don't think that this ordinance would affect the industry of animation and comics.( Maybe they have no idea about comics and animations because most of them are above 30.>_<)
For me, I don't agree with this policy too!! To be honest, I think it is ridiculous. Why Pocketmon should also be banned? It has ever been a famous cartoon and dream world whe i was a kid! Also, all of the characters inside are adorable.
How do Japanese feel about Hong Kong?
Base on the survey of Amy's group, I have learned Japanese thouhts on Hong Kong. It is surprised that they think the image of Hong Kong is "Lively'' because Hong Kong is only a place to work and everyone who lives in Hong Kong seems exhausted. Another thing i also feel shocked is that the majority of Japanese think Hong Kong has delectable food and amazing nightview. In my opinion, Japanese may think that Hong Kong is a shopping paradise. But it is refuted...
Survey about Japanese animations & comics
It is paradoxical that Japanese play less electronic games, read less light novels, have less Cosplay and buy less concerning products than students of HKU SPACE. Maybe most of the interviewees are elder than them and they do not have a mania for ACG. However, I do not expect that they have negative views on animations and comics because i think that comics and animations are extremely cardinal to Japanese.
Anyway, I have learned how Japanese think of their culture of comics and animations like, some of native Japanese have negative views on comics and animations and they think that the internationalization of anime and manga is an ideal way to spread their culture.
I think that each of groups really has good presentation skills! Thank You for your sharing!

The usage of personal pronoun
Name of Cartoon: beluzebabu ''惡魔奶爸''
Main Character:男鹿
Description: He is a young boy and studying in high school. So, he uses '' boku'' to express himself.
BOKU: Also meaning "I". Used in giving a sense of casual deference, uses the same kanji for servant (僕 shimobe), especially a male one, from a Sino-Japanese word. Can also be used towards children. (English equivalent – "kid" or "squirt".) It is mainly used by males and rarely boyish females. Also, it is informal use of personal pronoun and less polite.
Name of Cartoon : とある魔術の禁書目録外伝 とある科学の超電磁砲
Description: For the boy, he also use "boku'' in the conversation. Besides, the girl uses ''watashi'' to express her feeling.
Wtashi (私) : In formal or polite situations this is gender neutral, but when used in more casual or informal situations, is usually perceived as feminine.It can be used by both male and female.
WATASHI is used by both men and women and is polite (WATAKUSHI is even more polite). BOKU is used only by men and is less polite. ORE is used only by men and is impolite.
watakushi(私) : The most formal polite version and it can be used by both men and women.

Ware(我): It is very formal and can be used by both men and women.
Other popular personal pronoun:
Ore(俺) : Meaning "I". Frequently used by men. It can be seen as rude depending on the situation. Establishes a sense of masculinity. Used with peers or those younger or of lesser status, indicating one's own status. Among close friends or family, its usage is a sign of familiarity rather than masculinity or superiority. It is used by males, rarely boyish females and informal.
Uchi: Means "one's own". Often used in the Kansai and Kyushu dialects. Uses the same kanji as "house" (家 uchi). It mostly used by young girls. Obviously, it is informal.
For me, I will use ''Watashi'' because it is more formal and can use in any situation. If I use ''atashi'' or ''watakushi'', people may think that I pretend to be cute =..=''(atashi). In addition to this, use ''watakushi'' may create an impression that I am so proud.

The Shopping Paradise!!!!!!
HI, my dear classmates~I have never been to Japan and if I get a chance, I will go Tokyo first since it's the capital of Japan and it is amazing and flourishing. I can tell you that I really like......eating and shopping !!! So, Tokyo is definitely a good place to travel. Let me have a brief introduction of this place to you.

It is the way to Tsurugaoka Hachiman-gū (鶴岡八幡宮), also for viewing sakura!
I really like shopping and i wanna buy some fashionable clothes, so i want to go Shibuya and i have heard that the girls are quite pretty! I want to have a look! (@v@'') Furthermore, I would like to go Matsuzakaya(伊勢丹, one of the department stores in Japan). There are a lot of fresh food and dessert. It just like citysuper in Hong Kong.

Katakana in my daily LIFE**
As the luner new year is coming, I have been going shopping these days. Actually, I like eating snacks! When i was walking around the supermarket, i found out that there were so many Japanese food actually. Also, most of the introduction or names are written by Katakana (カトカナ) which is a kind of Japanese character.
Here is an example, the katakana ''クッキース'' means '' Cookies'' and is used to transcribe the foreign loanword ''cookies'' from English. Also, the katakana ''オリジナルタイプ'' is represented the brand name or the type of the product called ''ORIGINAL-TYPE''. It is also performed the function of loanwords.
The second one is a pack of chocolate. This package is really attractive! So, i brought this and i have taken a photo of it. Let's see which katakana have been used.
After that, I went to stationary shop as to buy some stationary for preparing my new semester. I found that some of the Japanese stationary is also written by katakana!
The katakana ''スチール'' may cover two functions, loan words and scientific meaning. It represented the English or scientific word ''STEEL''. Another one is '' ピタッ'', at the beginning, I couldn't found its meaning in the Japanese translation websites. Then, i asked my friend and she told me that it was the sound of magnet. So, I know that the katakana '' ピタッ'' is used for onomatopoeia!
This time, the katakana is used for transcribing the scientific meaning. The katakana ''アクリル'' means ''Acrylic'' in English and ''丙烯''in Chinese. Actually, i think it's so difficult for me to recite! q_q''
